Manuel and Christian Lains presented a talk on Bitshares as an example of “Bitcoin 2.0”, and how blockchain technology can be used as a new platform for a lot of other services than just money/currency. Manuel took the introduction to Bitcoin and blockchain technologies, as well as indepth information about BitShares’ decentralized exchange works, while Christian introduced BitShares and the Decentralized Autonomous Coops it makes possible, using the new music-streaming DAC PeerTracks as a prominent example.
Manuel and Christian (collectively BitSpace) also gave some hints on BitGate, so stay tuned!
