BitGate won the Norwegian Fintech Award as “Newcomers of 2016” at OsloFinTech Fest: Future of FinTech & Banking

Bitcoin exempted from VAT
On this very day, the Norwegian ministry of finance also announced that Bitcoin transaction will be exempted from VAT, which was a major showstopper for our business. This is a double win for our team, and this means we will be able to launch even sooner than we first thought.
